Delivery options

Lumoire works together with PostNL and DPD. Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. As a rule, these postal companies deliver your package the next working day. However, please note that delays can sometimes occur due to busy periods. We advise you to always keep an eye on your track and trace code. If the delay lasts longer than two working days, you can contact us.

Shipping costs

Orders above €50,- are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders below this amount, shipping costs apply, which you can see during checkout. For other European countries, a surcharge applies, which is stated during the ordering process.

What happens if I'm not at home?

PostNL and DPD will try to deliver the package to your neighbours first. If they are not home either, the package will be taken to the nearest Parcelshop. You will receive a notification of this by e-mail.
