What is the return period?

You can register your return within 14 days after you received the item. You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Returns Policy

To get the full purchase price back, it is important to return the item unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You may view the item as you would in a store. We may hold you liable for any reduction in value that occurs because you have used the item in a different way than you would in a store.
When returning the order, the return costs are at your own expense.

Can I also exchange my item?

No, unfortunately exchanging is not possible. To still receive the correct article, you can return the product (at your own expense) and place a new order with the correct article.

How does the return process work?

1. Report your return via our contact form.
2. Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an email with the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and return the product in the original packaging.
4. Return your package according to the instructions in the email.
5. Within 14 working days after receiving your return, we will assess whether the return conditions have been met. Subject to this assessment, you will receive the (full) purchase amount back from us.
