Return Policy

Check your order upon delivery 

We want your order to arrive in perfect condition, of course! So always check the packaging upon receipt. If you see any damage to the box , do not sign for delivery. and pass this on to the driver. 

Then check the product yourself. If you notice any damage or other problems, please let us know within 24 hours at info@lumoire.nl. and add Please include photos of the damage and your address label on the packaging . We will then immediately ensure that it is neatly packed . dissolved. 

What is the return period? 

You can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. You then have another 14 days to return it. 

Please note: Heavy or fragile items (such as bathroom mirrors) are not suitable for shipping by parcel service. It's best to have them collected by an experienced carrier! 

Return Policy

  • The return request must be submitted to us by email within 14 days via info@lumoire.nl
  • The product must be in the original, clean and undamaged packaging ;
  • The product must not have been assembled or installed and must be complete, including loose parts. If this proves not to be the case upon receipt, we cannot refund the (full) purchase price ;
  • We will review your return. If it meets the conditions, you will receive a full refund .
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense. 

Assembled = accepted!

To receive a full refund, please return the item unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You may examine the item as you would in a store. 

Depreciation on returns 

If a product is not returned in its original condition, a depreciation may be charged. This only applies if the product or packaging is damaged, incomplete, or clearly used. We apply the following guidelines*: 

  • Damaged packaging: 2.5 % depreciation 

  • No packaging: 7.5 % depreciation

  • Damaged, incomplete, used or dirty product: 100% reduction in value  

* These percentages are guidelines only. Each return is assessed individually, considering the condition of the product and its packaging. Based on this, we determine the refund amount. 

The purchase amount will be transferred within 14 working days after receipt and approval of the returned product.  


How does the return process work?

1. Report your return by email to info@lumoire.nl . 
2. Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an email with the return address. 
3. Pack the item securely and return it in its original packaging . This reduces the risk of damage and allows us to resell the product and make someone else happy. No longer have the original packaging ? No problem — we'll assess the condition of the returned product and determine whether there's any diminished value . 
4. You can return your item to us in three ways : 

  • At a parcel point: Drop off the parcel at a location near you.

  • Home collection: We can have the package collected by our carrier for €20 , on a date that suits you. 

  • Return it yourself: Bring the package to our store in Bemmel by appointment (open Mon to Sat from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM ). 

5. Within 14 business days of receiving your return, we will assess whether it meets the return policy. Subject to this assessment, you will receive a full refund.
